The town hall has modernized its information systems incorporating technologies that allow to approach the citizens to the municipal management with the provision of a higher quality information service in accordance with today's society.
Ultimately, it tries to attend all the queries citizens make to the administration, satisfy the demand of different information, advise in different nature related to municipality services. Manage any anomaly or incidence in street lighting, street furniture, sewage, waste containers, parks and gardens, bins, floor, collecting the furniture, etc. and deal with complaints/suggestions, giving them a direct and personalized attention.
SAC provides electronic management of complaints and suggestions through that website.
COMPLAINT, SUGGESTION, CLAIM OR CONGRATULATE
That form allows to recognize the quality level of the Town Hall services and the need of Sanxenxo citizens, giving the opportunity to continue improving. The beneficiary department will manage the incidence as soon as possible.
It will not has in any case the qualification of administrative appeal nor its imposition will paralyze the deadlines established for it in the current regulations. Neither predetermine, in any way, the exercise of the actions and rights that, according with the regulation, can exercise those who appear in it as interested.(art.º 24 RD 208/96)
The collect information will be included in a COMPLAINTS AND SUGGESTIONS file which objective is the manage and the monitoring of personal or collective data related to Town Hall of Sanxenxo, responsible for it.
